a_short This was my very first purchase! I know nothing of poshmark other than I will never use it again! I expected to receive exactly what was advertised in writing and in the pictures- a pair of gold and a pair of silver- but never did! I also never recieved a single alert from poshmark that I had recieved any messages! I will continue to fight this with poshmark unless you’d like to make it right as a seller!

a_short By the way- why would anyone “assume” a buyer only wanted half of an offer they paid in FULL for!? I’ll be sure to leave that in a cautionary review for others so they don’t make the same mistake!!

a_short This website is horribly designed! There is nowhere to easily access comments or messages! Even in the drop down menu there are no message/inbox options! This is how someone new to poshmark misses messages! We have to hunt for them!

a_short If you don’t want to process my return, I’ll take it up with poshmark because this website is ridiculous and I did try to remedy this immediately, but couldn’t find anywhere to actually view messages! I was really excited about the silver climbers shown in the photo and NEVER WEAR GOLD so was giving them away, but they are so cheap looking for what I paid that I am so disappointed and not sure the silver would be any better.

leslieshopstyle @a_short I looked back & the listing you purchased did not have the disclaimer photo in there, I apologize for that, although the listing did say “gold”. I don’t personally handle the returns it is thru Posh & it’s their decision. They most likely won’t do a return/refund since this was over a month & a half ago & you already accepted the order when you left the rating.

a_short Unfortunately I just recieved the silver climbers but they are mismatched. Climbers are supposed to be shaped opposite of each other so they can face the correct direction when climbing up your ear. Unfortunately I received a pair that Where both earrings are for the right ear! I can’t seem to find how to attach a picture to this comment!

a_short @leslieshopstyle it is now June 20 and I STILL have not received the corrected earring from the silver climber set I informed you about on June 2. I still Cannot wear them because the left earring is for the wrong era! On June 12 you informed me you sent the hearing a week previously, it is absurd it has not arrived! Please provide tracking information for the shipment, otherwise I am led to believe it has not been sent! Thank you!
