I understand you’re upset not receiving the item yet & it showed it got delivered.I called customer service too.I’m reaching out to u cause I don’t think it’s fair to give me a 1 star rating when the problem is the postal service.I did my part as a seller,packed it & mailed it on time.I hope this doesn’t happen to u in the future, given that you’re a seller too.Thanks!

amandan850 @mquicho18 hi I will try to change it. But when I was asked to review my purchase I was shocked because I have paid but did not receive it, so it is hard for me to review something that I didn’t not receive. Even now I am out the money and have no package.

denmar888 @amandan850 Hi.I think you should put in a claim through USPS.I think it was delivered at your front door, that’s what it says online. It could’ve been stolen or the carrier just noted delivered but didn’t really deliver the package by mistake and delivered it somewhere else. It happened to me a few times in the past. I just put in a claim with the postal service. Since it’s a priority mail service, it’s covered for $50 or $100.Hope this helps. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.
