idevine1 @amandamontal834 Hi, once you make an offer as a buyer, then the seller can accept, decline or counter your offer with a different dollar amount. Once you buy the item your part is done until you actually receive the purchase. Then you inspect the item and if everything is ok, you go into your purchases section and accept it so the seller can get paid. Does that help explain the process?

idevine1 @amandamontal834 as long as you have your account set up with a credit card on file, you will pay for the item but the monies will not be released to the buyer until you receive the package. It gives you 3 days to inspect your goods for damage, to see if the item is as it was described in the sellers closet. If all is good, then you accept the sale and the money is released to the seller.

idevine1 If there is a problem with your purchase you must contact Poshmark within those 3 days to file a claim. Otherwise Poshmark will automatically release payment to the seller (if you do not do so yourself) on the 4th day after you received the package.
