asav3dra @ptjaymebales Hi the jacket looks great but it smells like smoke. I’m running it through the air cycle to see if the smell comes out of it before I accept it.

ptjaymebales @asav3dra Thank you for accepting the order! I’m sorry you felt like it deserved 4 stars though. I take pride in my 5 star posh ambassador rating! I am a personal trainer and I take my health very seriously, I absolutely do no smoke and I could never work at a gym and have clients if I walked around smelling like it. Sometimes items pick up odors during the delivery process.

ptjaymebales @asav3dra My very first sale I got the same complaint so I started putting a dryer sheet in with each sale. Haven’t had a problem since. Of course the time I don’t have any on hand it happens again. I would have bought more dryer sheets and stuck one in before I sent it out but I wanted to get it out to you fast.

ptjaymebales @asav3dra I’ve learned my lesson now! I have my suspicions that my postal delivery woman is smoking in her vehicle (I live in a small town and have had the same one for years). I am truly sorry if the jacket did but please know I didn’t send it out that way.

asav3dra @ptjaymebales thank you for responding. I put the jacket through the air cycle and put a couple drops of Purification essential oil on a cotton ball it seems to have helped.
