dmvcchoate Hi Amanda! Thank you for your offer on the Lauren Conrad dress. I apologize but I’ve never sold anything on Poshmark before and I’m still trying to learn exactly how to use it. I tried adding my phone number so they can send me a shipping label, but the app won’t let me do it!! Can you please message me with any info as to how to complete the purchase? I’d greatly appreciate it. I might have to contact customer service to figure this out. Again, I apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you!

amandalandis173 @dmvcchoate You should have received an email from PoshMark, indicating your Lauren Conrad dress has sold. At the bottom of that email should be an attachment for a printing label. Open the attachment and print the label. Put the item in a box and attach that shipping label, drop off at any USPS or UPS store. That should take care of it!

Is the payment not released until once you’ve received the item and let Poshmark know that you’ve received it? And how do I let you know when I’ve shipped it to you? So sorry for so many questions!! Plus, I tried messaging you again, but a message popped up and said that it wouldn’t allow me to send the message.
