daylin2411 @tarheelgirl910 @tarheelgirl910 @tarheelgirl910 they way to open a case would be to go to your purchases and click on the item you were supposed to receive which in this case would be the “simply southern trinket bag for whatever” after you select the item you would click Problem / Order inquiry then select received the wrong item. I still have someone waiting on these shoes so i would appreciate it if you send them back. Thank you.
