I see you purchased the biker salt and pepper set, just want to be sure that you read the description that the route 66 sign broke off...hence the price drop. They sit fine by themselves on the table, but I will include the tray and sign in case you are handy

kimfuentes I'm sorry you were disappointed I wish you would have just tried to return it instead of giving me a bad rating when I clearly described it as broken Route 66 sign I even messaged you before I sent it to make sure that you knew but you never replied to my message..... your rating affects my overall rating

fashionjane Hi! You purchased a plaid button up from my closet & there has been a mishap. Someone else also placed an order the same day you did, & when I packed the items I mixed up the labels. I am SO terribly sorry!!

fashionjane So instead of the shirt, theres a pair of Nike shorts in the mail with your name on it. BUT I already have them otw back to me and I have your shirt but I need a new label. I will repost if you would like to re-order & when other order gets to me I will cancel it. If you no longer want this item I understand. Please let me know what you want to do and how I can fix this.

fashionjane @ablake1984 okay so I’ve already emailed posh support. They will send you a label for free to mail them back you just have to go through them. Once they get back to me I will cancel the order with you name on it and re-post the shirt so you can re-order and get you a new shipping label!

fashionjane @ablake1984 I am trying so hard to get posh support to comply and send you a return label. Someone else has already paid for those Nike Shorts just like you paid for the shirt. They are patiently waiting and I am trying to fix this for the both of you. Please email posh support and ask for a return label. Then I will repost and tag you in the Shirt you asked for so you can reorder.

fashionjane @ablake1984 Hey! So the case got resolved and the sent you a return label for the Nike shorts which can be found in your email inbox. This is what they said in the email I received; “Once you receive the returned order, we will be refunding your buyer.” So please return the shorts to get a refund. Then I can repost the shirt and you can reorder if you still want the shirt.

I'm really bothered by how pushy you are to me when this is not my problem nor my fault I purchased a shirt from you and you sent the wrong item not me. I will get them in the mail as soon as I can

ablake1984 Further more you can keep your shirt I have no intention on purchasing anything from you again I would appreciate a refund. Maybe next time you screw up an order you should be a little nicer to the buyer who you messed up with

fashionjane @ablake1984 I am sorry if I came off as pushy or rude, that was NOT my intention. I was trying to make things right by getting the items to the right people but it’s difficult when I can’t get a response. I know I mixed up the labels & I’ve owned up to it & apologized profusely. It’s not like I didn’t try to make it right. I have felt anxious & worry since I realized the mistake I made. You have not helped that. There was no need for the ugly language. I made a mistake, I was trying to fix it.

fashionjane Also, I got a last notice to send the shorts to the correct person who is also minus an item and kindly, patiently waiting. I was not trying to be pushy, I was trying to do the correct business thing and get my mistake fixed the quickest way possible to make my customers happy. I hope you see it from my point of view. I just think you got the wrong impression. Miscommunication maybe. Again I am so sorry.

ablake1984 @fashionjane I heard you loud and clear but you need to understand I am a mother of 4, I work full time and am doing a whole home remodel I don't sit on my phone waiting for your response. I also just received the shipping label yesterday! You are not being a professional business owner BTW and this is not an okay situation in addition you didn't send my shirt the day I bought it so why am I expected to ship something back to you the day I got the label.

ablake1984 @fashionjane unfortunately you have made a terrible impression on me and I do not wish to have anymore interactions with you I will send the shorts out asap and like I said before I will not be purchasing anything from you so put the shirt on hold or whatever I would rather not have it than deal with you anymore this has been very unpleasant

fashionjane @ablake1984 Once the shorts get back to me Poshmark will cancel the order for the shirt. I am so sorry this was a bad experience, on my part, and I just don’t know what else to say other than I am human and I make mistakes. And that’s what I did I made a mistake. I just don’t understand why this had to go the way it did. I’m not begging for your business, I’m just baffled at the hostility.

ablake1984 @fashionjane you should probably reread your messages you sent if your baffled by why I'm irritated with you and in all honesty I am just shooting back the attitude you have given me just because you say sorry doesn't mean you don't have an attitude. And the professional way would have been to contact admin before I received the package instead of putting it on me when I received it, acting as if it is my job to figure how to get this item back to you

fashionjane @ablake1984 I did, I contacted US postal services by phone, I even got an email to show that I canceled the order through them. That’s why I was confused when you still received it. I tried so hard to fix it. I also can assure you I do not have an attitude, if it seemed that way I am sorry. I am not that kind of person. I know it’s hard to tell the tone of a typed message, I really and sincerely did not mean it that way if that’s how it came off.
