Hi Amanda. I wasn’t to apologize for the delay in shipping your Fitbit. I have been struggling with chronic Lyme disease for the past year and had a bad relapse two weeks ago. I was in and out of the hospital and dealing with a lot of health complications.

have the Fitbit boxed, labeled, and still in the back seat of my car but it never made it to the post office with me being so ill. I am so sorry. @amandat486 I dropped off the Fitbit at the post office yesterday but because you had cancelled the order due to delay in shipping I don’t think the order was still active!!?! I reached out to poshmark to let them know and this is the response I received....

@bdyment15 Yes I was equally confused by that!! I never cancelled the order, so I figured you had cancelled. I don’t know why it would say I did!

Then once you make a new sale, you can go ahead and ship the order to them as a new order and rest assured, we are there to help you with whatever issues or concerns you have further.
Additionally, as a friendly reminder, please do not use the same shipping label of the cancelled order to ship out your order as there will be tracking issues and this may lead to a huge inconvenience and the delay in receiving your earnings....
