jenlancaster Hi, your vintage riding boot and dress order were shipped on 8/5/19 at 12:10 PM from Lake Forest, IL, with tracking #9405510899359832582517. Sometimes the (very lazy) Lake Forest post office doesn't scan an outgoing package, which makes it look like the package wasn't shipped. When this happens, it's not scanned until reaching the destination. If you don't receive this box in the next day or so, please let Poshmark (and me) know so that they can file a claim with the post office.

jenlancaster Checked in on the shipping status again--still no updates. I've shipped 1770 orders and this is only the second time a package has not shown up in the system. Last time it was also boots--what happened is the package took three weeks to eventually arrive. (No idea why, and no one could tell me.) The good news is, the buyer received a full refund AND when the items arrived, they were theirs to keep for free, as I'd already been reimbursed by Poshmark.
