jsto1 Hello- I mailed your boots on November 2nd - I have no idea what is going on with the postal service. It’s still showing that it’s in transit. Today is November 10th. At this point - I’m wondering if they lost them. I’m so sorry. I’ll continue to wait - but may need to submit a claim?

jsto1 @pumpsandpurses Thank you. Another box I mailed on the same day as yours, took longer than it should have, then when it arrived- the box was crushed and roaches had gotten into the holes in the box. So I’m wondering if both yours and the other box got lost, stored somewhere, and forgotten. I’ve never had this happen before.
