janellehale Hi, I'm sorry you were not pleased with my ship time. You ordered the boots on August 18 and I shipped on the 19th. I'm sorry that I could not ship on the same day they were purchased as I'm a teacher and work all day. Also the mail service is experiencing delays at this time and most 2-3 day priority packages are taking 6-10 days to arrive. I'm not sure how to fix the issues with the post office. Thank you again for your purchase.

unbrokengypsy Hi. I’m sorry that you were not happy with your shipping time. I receive the order late on the 16th. Because it’s an oversized item, it took me a second to find a box that would fit. I took it to the post office on the 17th but apparently they didn’t mail it out until the 18th. I packaged it very carefully and to my knowledge, there was no damage to the item when you received it. You have to factor in the weekend as well.

unbrokengypsy So it arrive to you on the 22nd. I don’t really think that’s too unreasonable and certainly didn’t warrant a three star review for a great item. I don’t have any control over the post office. Thank you for your purchase.
