terrienewell @acschmidt41 Dear Amanda—I am so sorry to inform you that the Garden picture you purchased from me will need to be canceled as I just tried to ship it and even though it is not very heavy it is the size which THEY say will cost $70! I had no idea🤦🏻‍♀️Please forgive my ignorance on this and I am so very sorry to disappoint you in this matter .

acschmidt41 @terrienewell Holy cow I had no idea it would be that much! Too bad it’s not a canvas where you could just un-staple the canvas from the frame. I love it, but no worries its all good on my end 😁 As soon as things get updated at the post office I’ll cancel it, but as of now it’s saying it shipped and gave me a tracking number. terrienewell @acschmidt41 Hi Amanda—ok —this is what I found out —I went to the post office and they said once u create a label all the info is going to show up that it has shipped (Not sure if that is correct as that is not the way it has worked in the past 🤔😤-Anyway they said to wait for the Poshmark to respond :/I’m willing to do what u wish —even send something from my closet for the same price paid by me so your not out any money —whatever to make this right —again I apologize 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think this will help—Go to the FAQ on your tab and look up “I never received my order,what do I do?” There is a 5 point step on what to do and u can put in an inquiry to Poshmark to get your money back —they encourage this through Poshmark instead of an offline transaction like what we were trying to do —let me know if u get a chance to do this 🤓🤞🏻

Poshmark manages all returns so they will send you the refund back once you return it to me and provide the return label for you for free!😊 I cannot just sent the right item now unfortunately since it all goes through Posh we have to make a new separate purchase and label!😁

It seems silly to pay to ship the merrywidow back when I’m just going to buy it again from you, you know? In the end I want both items if that makes more sense?

carlamaria13 @acschmidt41 Either way, the only way you’d be able to keep it is after returning it and repurchasing! I just saw that Posh did accept your return so they are waiting for you to send it back! What I can do once I get it back is make a bundle with both of them so you can only pay shipping once and I can put a free gift for you as well to makeup for the trouble!❤️ I understand the solution you were trying to find but it won’t be possible since all orders and labels go through Posh!
