carolynlittle60 Hello. You bought a sweater from me I mailed. I sent you the New York Jones sweater instead of the Old Navy sweater by accident 😭😭😭. My 35 yr old cousin passed away from a blood clot. So my mind isn’t thinking as clearly! I’m so sorry I made this mistake. When you get the sweater and you prefer the Old Navy sweater please let me know ASAP and I will ship it to you on me 🥰🥰🥰

napier7290 @carolynlittle60 I'm so sorry for your loss. Please don't feel bad about sending me the wrong one, things happen! I looked at your page to see which one you sent. If it is the one that is a medium, then unfortunately I don't think it will fit. I'm not sure how returns work, but once I receive it I will see about doing that to get it back to you so you're able to sell it. After that we can figure out what to do about the Old Navy one. Thank you for letting me know. I appreciate it 😊

napier7290 @carolynlittle60 I received the sweater today and tried it on after work. It is too small on me, but my mom is able to wear it, so she'd like to keep it. It is a really nice sweater! I'd still like the Old Navy one if that's okay. I'm not sure if you'd maybe like me to purchase the one you sent since it is the same price. Let me know 😊

napier7290 @carolynlittle60 I'm very sorry, but I just submitted a case to return the New York & Company sweater. We didn't notice until late last night that there is a repaired hole on the top of one sleeve. If it was on the seam or not noticeable we would keep it, but it's very noticeable once it is on. I wanted to reach out and let you know since you've been so kind.

carolynlittle60 Wow. I am so sorry I didn’t see that or know about it at all!!! 😭😭😭 I never wore it, it was too small for me. Probably bought it at the goodwill or something 😢. I never thought to turn it inside out and look at it. I will from now on! I’m glad it was seen before worn that be terrible. Thank you for reaching out to me!!!

napier7290 @carolynlittle60 I just saw that too. Poshmark canceled the first purchase for the damaged sweater to process the refund. The reorder one is still awaiting shipment. I just checked and both descriptions say Old Navy now.
