Since I keep all my luxury receipts in a couple cabinets, I will have to look over those to try and find them. It’s been some time since I purchased these shoes. tthomasd0708 @actempel Hi there, I have heard from PMHQ. They mentioned to me they can’t confirm authenticity for the box. Did you purchase this separately? The shoes and dust bags are confirmed. I really wanted the box as well. Let me know your thoughts. I really wasn’t expecting to hear from them. I inspected the shoes but I can’t see the box completely in the photos. Thanks.

actempel @tthomasd0708 ummmm, that doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s the black Chanel box with ribbon. The box is a little bent at the corners and I did put in new tissue paper because I threw that out, that’s the only thing that I can think of. I bought them in the boutique at Millenia M l got in Orlando, Florida.

tthomasd0708 @actempel Hi, I can’t comment as I can’t see the box in person. Also, PM didn’t share what their doubts are concerning the box. They will not ship me this box as they can’t confirm it. I do own shoes, boots that were purchased directly from a Chanel boutique, so I do know what the box should look like. The positive news is they were able to confirm the shoes and dust bags. I’ll determine how to proceed before the deadline.

actempel @tthomasd0708 it’s the large black Chanel box that opens as a fold. The top doesn’t come off like a normal box… it almost folds open. It’s hard to explain. It’s matte and not shiny. The one thing I did realize was I found the little white Camilla flower in my closet that must have popped off so that might have been the issue. I could always mail it to you separately, if you needed it. I’m so sorry this has been such an ordeal.
