sethiroph8 Sorry u weren't happy with ur purchase. However, I assure that bottle was never used. It comes in a re sealable box, with no internal seal. I recieved it by mail from my mother who is an aesthetician. The box would be banged around from shipping all over the states. Sorry about that, but there is nothing wrong with your product. Next time I sell this, I'll make sure to avoid you as a buyer since you weren't satisfied. Hope you enjoy your 100% full bottle! Sorry for giving a 3 star experience..

acharris928 @sethiroph8 Perhaps real life photos and a more accurate description would be more helpful in the future. I was expecting a product that hadn’t been opened or damaged because of how it was described. When it arrived not only was it opened, the box was badly damaged and taped back together. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have purchased it. I appreciate the explanation. I’ve never given fewer than 5 stars before and I’m sorry you don’t feel the review is fair. sethiroph8 @acharris928 when recieved, I opened it to make sure the product was okay n hadn't opened or spilled because like I said, it doesnt come with an internal seal. After seeing the product was in tact I put it back in the box and wrapped it up to make sure it wouldn't have a chance open and spill. You still recieved a 100% full new bottle of the product regardless of the condition of the box. So I hope u can disregard the box and enjoy your product.
