Hi!! Randi here. I actually sent you my size 8 skort instead of the 6. 🙄 I am so sorry. I contacted the posh support team and Im assuming they will send me a new label to ship your item. Thai has never happened to me before omg. Soo any who just wanted to give you a heads up. So sorry for any inconvenience.

@randilyback oh gosh don’t worry about it things like this happen, I totally understand. With everything I have going on every day with my kids and work I could easily see myself doing the same thing. We are all human and you’ve been so amazing and kind so far.

@golight72 Good Morning. I received an email starting that there will send you a label to return however nothing as far as getting you the you the size 6 🧐 soooo I sent another message to Susan’s received an email pretty quickly back saying they would get back to me but no ready answer. I’m headed to my sisters for the weekend but I’ll bring the skort with me in hopes they will correct the issue. Thanks again for your patience.

@golight72 Hi Amanda. Looks like Poshmark is not offering another label. They said I have to relist the item. Soooo I will do that and if you offer $1 along with paying shipping it’s all yours. Ty again for your patience and understanding.

@golight72 ty❤️ you have also been so understanding. I hope this never happens again bc I don’t think I’ll get so lucky 😂 From what I gathered from customers service is they don’t do returns so pretty much that keeps them from paying for the shipping I guess. Who knows.
