I am new to posh i listed all 3 colors i have but it was supposed to be 25 a pair they were originally 65 a pair my daughter wore two of the 3 once each. I am sorry for any inconvenience it was not my intention.

Hello love I think the bib overalls you are inquiring about will work. Size 28-29 is around size 7-9 & these are an 11. They wont be tight. They shouldn't be super baggy either. I think they will fit with some room and be cute. I hope that helps. I do have another buyer extremely interested on another platform so please get back to me asap.
