Hi Amanda! Just wanted to let you know that I dropped the Show Me Your MuMu dress off at my local post office at 3pm on 3/26, but for some reason they haven’t done an acceptance scan yet. I’ve heard that sometimes they skip the acceptance scan, and tracking won’t start until it gets to the distribution center, or possibly even it’s destination. 🙄

It was 2 day shipping, if I remember right, so if you have not received it and/or tracking has not updated by Friday, I’ll go down to the post office and see if there’s anything they can do. Hopefully that won’t be necessary. 🤞🏻

@aconner03 Okay, so it turns out I had a mom brain moment and printed the same shipping label twice. Your order got sent to someone else by mistake along with their actual order. She has been very sweet about it and wants to get the dress back to me ASAP so I can send it to you. I have contacted customer support to find out how to go about this because, as I understand it, they have a system in place for this exact issue. I am SO sorry for the delay with getting your order to you.

@aconner03 Poshmark says they have sent a new tracking label to the other buyer so that she can ship the package to you. I apologize for the fact that it was already opened and therefore the packaging inside the box won’t be how I had originally sent it. And again, any item you would like from my closet, just let me know here and I will ship it. 💜

So sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I was at an event yesterday into the night. No worries at all on the shipping. I am not pressed for time on this dress, so we are all good! @aconner03 Hi there — Poshmark is looking into the shipping situation with your earrings. My fear is that the post office didn’t ship via air, which they are supposed to do with priority mail. If they didn’t send by air, the package is on a boat for four weeks crossing the Pacific.

If the earrings are on a ship, they will not be delivered any time soon. My hope is that Poshmark will reimburse you and that you will eventually also receive the earrings. Poshmark support said that they will provide an update on the order details page at some point. Sorry that something apparently went wrong with USPS!

So unfortunately Poshmark has concluded that the postal service has lost the package with the earrings you purchased from me. I am guessing that Poshmark emailed you, too, but I wanted to comment here just in case. Your money has been refunded. My guess is that USPS put the package on a ship by accident instead of a plane and that you will receive them in another month or so. If so, free earrings for you!
