Hi. I received the Ray Ban Sunglasses while I was away in Boston getting my son from College. I am home now. The left arm on sunglasses is loose and I tried to tighten to no avail.

@carlep I'm sorry, they were never worn except to take the picture. I'm relatively new to Poshmark so I reviewed the return policy process. It appears after they release the funds there isn't a return option. If you get a different response from their customer service please let me know what the next steps are.

@carlep Since they're name brand perhaps if you take them by a sunglasses store or optometrist they could look at the screw and the fitting? I've taken similar plastic frames into Target to have them warmed and bent after they stretch out.
