@amg6xo yes so I think I must have switched the labels. Because the other person received your item and opened a case for it. I just wanted to give you a heads up because I’ve never had this happen and I’m not sure how posh goes about it :) but we will get it figured out!

@remyisloved when I receive the item I can send it back to you. It might take a couple of weeks, because I’m on a military base and not able to leave because we are on lockdown due to the pandemic. We do have a UPS store on base but half the time it is closed. I just need a shipping label to your address!

@amg6xo no worries. When you receive the item I believe there is a way for me to mark in the case that I switched the labels and posh sometimes can send a label for the item to be sent to the correct person. I will let you know as soon as I know anything! Thanks for being so understanding!

Hi! I was able to mark the items as accidentally switched. Posh should be sending you a shipping label to send the item you received to the correct buyer and that buyer will also get a label to send you the correct item. I’m so sorry again for the mix up and I really appreciate how understanding you have been! Thanks again!
