upcycledstyles Hello, I just received notification on your review of the item (Old Navy active jacket) that I shipped to you. I just want to let you know that I shipped that out the same day you purchased once the item leaves me I have no control over the USPS shipping times/delays. I also shipped using the label containing the address that was provided to me (I had no way of knowing that the apartment # was incorrect). Lastly, I notice you noted that I could improve on my responsiveness .....

I understand how frustrating it can be to be expecting something that doesn't arrive. If for any reason your neighbor fails to give you the item please report it ASAP so that you won't be charged. I don't want you to have to pay for something you don't receive. Hope you have a great day :)

asantiagox0 @upcycledstyles Okay. If I can’t retrieve the item I still would like one. If you have another one would it be too much to ask to hold on to it? I originally ordered a Medium but I think I could actually use a large.

asantiagox0 @upcycledstyles Sound good. I’m 5’2” and about 38inches in the Bust. You think it would be a major difference in Regular and Tall?

upcycledstyles @asantiagox0 No, I don't think its a major difference, the small difference I actually like. I'm 5'6 and always order a tall if there is one because I like it to be a little longer and cover a bit more of my backside :) I actually own this jacket in a size M Tall and LOVE it. The fabric is so nice (reminds me of higher end brands like lululemon and athleta)

upcycledstyles @asantiagox0 Has your neighbor made an attempt to bring it to you? If not contact Poshmark also. I did this morning on your behalf but it's probably a good idea if you do as well.

asantiagox0 @upcycledstyles I went over there about 45 mins ago. I let know them that USPS tracking confirm it was delivered. They told me they received a notice about a package coming their way from Poshmark with an ETA of Feb 14th but they have not received anything. I contacted Poshmark support and sent them an email as well.

Tracking Number: 9405511202061477161237 Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 10:58 am on February 3, 2021 in DALLAS, TX 75287. Let me know what you hear from Poshmark. I will let you know when they reply to my email as well.
