Take it from me, a 1928® lover/collector: If the 1928® (& several sub brands, see 1928.com for the full list) necklace you're looking at is missing their signature metal tag, it's either NOT 1928® or it's been damaged. 1928® social media is good about verifying too. Also price gouging (without charitable reasoning) is sadly common. If it says NWT, but doesn't show the tag price, don't trust it. It's probably cheaper brand new online at 1928.com. And only their 2028 tag is oval, the 1928® tags should all be rectangle (so anything else is a replica/copy.) Oh & this is my cat Scheherazade :D I promise any items in my closet are kept far away from her haha! Also smokers are NEVER allowed in my house.
