stylesideoz Sorry I didn't 100% meet your expectations. So that I can improve. The bag was in near new condition. How could I have cleaned it better? How can I improve the packaging. Did it arrive undamaged? Do I need to present thre parcel better? How can I do that? Thanks. I appreciate your feedback.

rosejade_10 @styleside I think it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. The handle looks ugly, but that’s not your fault, I getting that replaced. The actual bag is lovely.
