sassygrl00 @poshmishmosh i did:(. The green sweater was missing. Clearly the boxed was damaged in shipping or even opened.!!! The box was a mess when i got it tonight. The other two tops were in there though thank god. Is there something we can do? Like a credit with you future purchase or a credit to my credit card.

poshmishmosh @sassygrl00 oh wow! That’s terrible. It sounds like a USPS issue that insurance should cover. Thanks for letting me know and we will see what Poshmark support says. Sometimes USPS is very rough with packages but that’s crazy that an entire item was missing!

poshmishmosh @sassygrl00 I can’t see the pictures you sent to Poshmark but I’m certain they will issue you a refund for the missing item since it was the post offices fault for damaging the box during shipment. I trust you so it shouldn’t be a problem. Thanks again and keep me posted 🙂
