I will certainly in the future make sure I give it more time to dry I hung it up after for well over an hour before packing perhaps because it was humid etc but wanted to get in mail to you. Sorry if it does not fit i really try to provide all measurements ..take multiple pictures ..and description..non stretch material but obviously I can't determine fit. I appreciate the mention on steam..is only thing I can account dampness .ty
