I sold an pair of shoes purchased from a posher that were tight & when the buyer from bought them she said the horrible & I missed described them. I allowed her to return it but I’m disheartened. Look at the black Jimmy Choo shoes in my closet. Any advice?? 😪. I received the shoes back 2 days ago & I wished they fit. But I’m not happy.

noircoco If it was those Jimmy Choos I commented on, I wouldnt pay any attention to the rerun they are gorgeous & a steal! The person probably had the same issue as you they ran small on her & was going to play foul until she was able to return them. Unfortunately some buyers have tricks to work around the No Returns policy so I wouldn’t let that discourage you. Here’s some advice on what to do next to sell them

noircoco Yeah what a great deal again! I wish lol 😂 I would get those, dye them all black & resell them as great condition for at least 2x but if you just want your funds back my suggestion is invest in a magic eraser even the ones they sell at the dollar tree will work. Wipe the bottom careful not to touch the suede & the stains will lighten. After that take new pics post it again & describe the shoe as runs smaller.

noircoco f you have an idea of actual Sz they may be put it in that category BUT make sure you write the actual size on the listing explaining. Also make sure to write “These are in used condition, not perfect but an amazing value for the price & very wearable as is!” You can attempt a low price off the bat to sell quick but often I post higher & wait for an offer to roll in.

noircoco Share your item once an hr for the next 2 days & they should sell quickly! Sharing will bump these to the top of the Jimmy Choo Algorithm & keep them fresh. Also make sure share other peoples items in similar brands to show Poshmark you are an active user. Comment here & there on post, “I like these, great item.. I’ll share for you” etc..

noircoco & Poshmark will reward you using the app by keeping your item higher up on the algorithm chain. Sorta like IG & FB shows interested viewers content. That should get these sold fast again!

noircoco @mvflores01 hi good morning ☀️ I’m actually really under he weather fighting off some nasty fevers so if I miss type pardon me but just because it’s quick I’ll reply. It’s best to start the listing over, watchers normally don’t buy later on & if you have already sent out those 10% dropped price offers the history is seen should you send another offer higher they will know you were willing to go lower.
