tatywhite You bought the sweater on 11/08 which is Sunday, next day 11/09 was Veterans Day- both days usps offices are closed. I put the sweater in the priority mail new large envelope, where else?? Did you need a box?? Wow you ruined my reputation where I had straight 5 stars for years and I am a posh ambassador!!! You are NOT welcome to my store. Wow

theresaleonardo NWOT means just that. Sorry to be so honest. As a posh ambassador I am appalled that you didn’t even think to thank me for my purchase from your store. The envelope is in sad shape and the sweater arrived all rolled up in a ball, not a great way to receive a purchase. No, a box isn’t necessary, but a bit of time to show your customers your appreciation of their purchase would be easy to do, don’t ya think?

A good posh ambassador would have asked me if I was still happy with the product or what could you do. Not you tho, you just slammed me over your darned rating.... this is not all about you.
