mstouffer007 I saw your counteroffer and given the amount between mine from yours I figured hopefully we could find an agreement if we just met directly in the middle. I hate doing them I just want everyone to feel ok with it. And Their fees and taxes really suck but we both either lose or pay extra from those, so I hope that was a fair offer we could agree upon.
