briannakiv Hi Amber! This is Brianna, and I just recieved your rating of my makeup mystery box. I am so sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your box! I just wanted to say a couple of things because I'm a little confused. When I created the mystery box, I included 10 full size items and 2 deluxe sample products. I also included jewelry, stickers, and packet samples.

briannakiv I also personally calculated the values of all the products, which was well over $200. It is almost as if your review does not match the box that I shipped. That being said, I am very sorry you were unhappy! I wish there was a way to make it up to you. Let me know if there is anything from my closet that catches your eye and I'll see what I can do.
