I strive to take pictures that truly reflect the items color in natural light. Sometimes, colors look different for everyone and there’s truly nothing I can do to correct that. prescious36 There is one medium and one XL. the Black is XL which is what i sent you. the White is medium. That is why one is still for sale. I contacted Support because i sent the wrong size. I will see what they say unless you want the XL?

iluvlamp @prescious36 I sent in a ticket too. Please revise your sale. It’s should be separate for each tank as to not confuse those thinking they will get both. The entire post is plural both in the title and description with no specifics on purchasing only one or the other. How would you have know if I bought a medium and you had both in medium which color I would’ve wanted? Guessed? Asked? I’m a little frustrated by this and I hope you can understand that.

prescious36 @iluvlamp I can understand your frustration and i should have mentioned that it was each but it does show the two different sizes. I have it as plural because i have two tanks. one is white and one is black and the two sizes are showing. if you were to add the medium and the XL it would come up as $60. I accepted less than what i had it for.

iluvlamp @prescious36 I understand what you are saying but I think in the end, it was not clear enough and it should be changed. Assuming that having two separate size options to clarify separation of two tanks is not adequate. There was nothing specifying which color was which size and had I known this was for one tank and the size/color relationships I would not have bothered with offering or wasting either of our time.

iluvlamp @prescious36 We can talk about this all day -- but really we should let support handle it. Miscommunication happens, it's fine as long as it's learned from on both ends. I will be sure to ask more questions. On any sale, more specification is necessary as not every person assumes sizes mean separation of a plural sale title and description or even to guesstimate color.
