melissamcn Hello Amber. I just saw your rating. I want to let you know that I shipped that ring immediately and all shipping is handled by poshmark so there is tracking. I have submitted a request for them to review the order. If it was not delivered then there is a problem that we need to resolve. I will do everything I can to find the problem and will let you know what I find.

melissamcn I looked up tracking on your order. It shows that it was delivered on feb 2nd at 3.30pm into the mailbox of an address i won't include here with zip 48045. Is it possible that this was missed?

anicolecur @melissamcn hi there, I ordered it so long ago that I honestly forgot about it. Poshmark ships it priority so I don’t know why it would take until feb 2 to arrive, and it didn’t arrive as if this morning. Perhaps it was put in my mailbox and I didn’t see it, was it a super small box? I will check again when I get home. Thank you

melissamcn @anicolecur Your order was placed on Jan 28th, shipped on Jan 29th and delivered on Feb 2nd. Please do double check. Maybe you just missed it.

melissamcn @anicolecur Just wanted to let you know that Poshmark reached out to me regarding your package and asked that you followup with them directly. They do have the tracking and have a process in place to deal with shipping problems. They should be able to help. If possible I would really appreciate it you would consider removing the 1 star rating. I shipped your package within 24 hours, immediately contacted you at the first mention of a problem and have tried to help.

anicolecur @melissamcn hi, I will remove the rating if I successfully get what I paid for. It is February 6, and it purchased before Jan 28, you marked it shipped on the 28th but the package would’ve arrived by now. Once I am home and can check the mailbox again and speak to poshmark I will change this, but due to how long it took to even be shipped and it never even arrived, i will not give a 5 star rating..

melissamcn @anicolecur according to the post office it did arrive on Friday the second. If it was misdelivered or lost there's nothing I could have done different.

melissamcn @anicolecur also it shows that usps scanned the item on the 29th. You bought on Sunday and on Monday the item was scanned by usps- not just marked by me.

anicolecur @melissamcn even if it arrived on the second, it shipped January 28th.. that’s 5 days later, and I purchased it on the 26th... but yes I will change this once I have the product.

melissamcn @anicolecur your order was placed on Sunday the 28th. On Monday the 29th the post office scanned your item. Less than 24 hours. Everything is documented by posh. You don't have to believe me. I'm getting the info from them.

dberland Hey Amber, Amanda let me know that she sold you the dress and that there was a stain on it that she didn’t know about. I would still like to buy it even with a stain on it if you still have it. I just need it for the buttons and button loops. Just wanted you to know that I am interested even with the stain.
