copper_lane @ambrlouise The shipping time requirement has been extended to 10 days due to COVID. The order was placed on 07/17/2020 (prior deadline to ship an order was 5-7 days). My comment inquiring about the shipment/ order issue 07/23/2020 falls at 6 days. I’m happy to be patient, but notifications on this would help. You could have a pre made message for each order. Otherwise a follow up order and or cancellation will inevitably plague. Customer support issue will arise
