I'm in a dispute over the sale, hoping PM clears it up today and refunds me. In that case, I will accept your offer.

Amber, this is so embarrassing but I just found out that I sent the Paul MC. piece to the wrong address in a different state! This has never happened to me were somehow I printed two labels. I have notified Poshmark of the error but have not heard back form them. I also sent a message the the buyer that I had not only shipped their Items but also shipped yours. Have not heard form them yet. I am not sure if you want to cancel or wait till we hear bac. No way I can express how low I feel .

@middlemistred It's ok, I've been in this position a couple of times before and it usually works out, it just takes a while. In the past, the buyers who received my package by accident were able to either send it back to the seller or to the correct buyer. Let's wait and see what everyone says. I would only want to cancel as a last resort.

Select Sent the wrong item.
Select Submit.
On the web
Select your profile picture at the top-right of the page.
Select My Sales.
Select the order.
Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
From the dropdown menu, select Sent the wrong item.
Select Report Issue.
We’ll notify the buyer of the issue and work to resolve the problem

@middlemistred Let's stick with the process a little longer. In my experience, Poshmark will send a label to the other buyer so that the other buyer can ship it directly to me at no cost to them. They may just be waiting on that person to respond. I was at this Candlestick show and it was so meaningful to me, so I'm hoping this will resolve as well as it has for me in the past.

I have only been on Posh since last May and just so you know that is not a picture of me, that is my granddaughter, every on told me that age mattered in marketing so only you will know that on my next birthday I will be 80!! Years ago I had dress stores and a consignment store but this is a different process ...Carol

Paul himself will be 80 next month & I just watched him perform 36 difficult rock songs over a three hour period, with only one swig of water. And you’ve got some cute items. In the past, I’ve had 20-somethings mix up the labels. It can happen to anyone. I believe everything will work out.

Ok Amber, the latest in the drama, Posh sent me a email that they had sent a label to the other buyer and that I should be getting the item back. Then I got a different email saying that they had sent a label to the other buyer with the address of the correct buyer on it......So if I get it I will send it to you and if you get it let me know!!!
