stonecoldsgurl @sayambular I'm not sure why you would rate me with 1-star when I did everything I was supposed to do. I have no control once the pkg is in the USPS system. You, as a Seller yourself, should know better than that. However, if you did not receive the pkg, even though the tracking shows it was delivered, then I would suggest that you contact Poshmark to let them know.They may be able to help, and that's better than leaving a Seller a bad rating for something they have no control over.

sayambular @stonecoldsgurl I don’t disagree but I shouldn’t have to pay for something I never got, that’s not fair to me. As a seller I would refund.

stonecoldsgurl @sayambular if you did not receive it, I agree with you. I can't do anything outside of Poshmark's guidelines though. You are a Seller too so you should know how it works. You have to contact Poshmark to let them know if you did not receive the delivery. As a Seller, I also should not be out the money AND the item. I think you would feel the same if you were the Seller. That's why we pay Poshmark fees - so they can take care of matters like this, but they have to know about it first.

jessie_winslow I mailed you a pair of Loeffler Randall wooden sandals. I had them mailed overnight to you because of your message to me. I happened to be out of town when the order was placed. You canceled the order after the shoes were in the mail. Do you acknowledge receiving the shoes?
