My mail comes to a postoffice that is open while I am at work and is subsequently closed at-2/3/4 am when I have gotten off work and doesn’t open up by 7am when I have to be back to work. So, before you chose to speak to someone on the meaning of fairness, you might want to start a conversation out by asking if they truly received it or if it’s sitting at a postoffice waiting for them.
