lisa102503 Hi there! I saw that the strap came off in your rating update. So sorry that happened but here is a quick and CHEAP life hack to solve this issue:. Reattach with diaper pins on the inside of the bag! Thick and steady metal and locking closure. Did this hack to my own backpack (of a different style) bag, AND IT WORKS LIKE A BOSS! Easy, about $3 from Walmart and you are good to go! Hope this helps ;-)
