sara_simpson_92 Hi Sara, I have the tag. I saw it in my trunk today. It was an accident, it must have fallen off during the packing. I didn't know it had fallen off until reading your review. I'll mail it to you tomorrow. All the packaging was intact inside the purse including the hardware cushions. It also contained the storage bag as well. It is obviously a brand new purse. It's in the stores now. You got a great deal. I'll mail you the tag that says coach $395 asap. Im sorry, it's awesome handbag.
