treasuredsoul @ajhess0216 PM has a few minor quirks. First, if you like an item, hit the ‘like’ button. By doing that, you will automatically receive offers from the seller when the price changes. We had to go thru the whole cancel/offer stuff because you were not on my ‘like’ list.. for that item.I saw you liked it after I made the offer so I just notified you that I made offers to other likers recently.

treasuredsoul @ajhess0216 perfect-It worked! By clicking the ‘like’ button on any item, you are just telling the seller that if this price drops (because the seller can send special offers to just the ‘likers’) you want to be included. But in that case you have to wait for the seller to make the move. If you really like something, you can buy it outright (as you did originally), or you can make an offer to the seller.

treasuredsoul @ajhess0216 there is a chart under ‘make me an offer’, in my listings. The second page on that listing has a guide on making offers. I usually never go below -20% by a couple of dollars. Be prepared for the seller to counter, but eventually you can usually some to an agreement...sometimes not.

treasuredsoul @ajhess0216 just be careful with clothing. If it doesn’t fit, that is not a reason to return it. You can only request a return/refund if the item was misrepresented in the listing, the wrong item was sent, or something else egregious. PM customer service is really great, fast and responsive for both the seller and buyer. Just be sure to ask for all measurements up front unless its a stnd line, like LuLaRoe. Most people know what size they need.
