Good morning. I sent email to Poshmark support this am. They have a way to resolve if lost and I have another I believe I can’t believe USPS lost it ;(

Please file a claim immediately. There is a button you can click on order acceptance. State box was damaged and purse was too. You want a refund for shipping damage
I have another purse like it I am sure. So sorry for bad delivery experience :(

@bougiebooth I sent poshmark a message. The box is completely crushed. And it put wrinkles in the leather. And rubbed off spots on the handles. Ups fault and hopefully they take care of it. Thank you for all the communication. I really appreciate it.

@aschuppoo Poshmark has insurance with USPS to cover it. Keep me informed and I will do The same. I am awaiting response from a Poshmark on email I sent this am too.
