purplesky03 I’m sorry you aren’t happy with your purchase but I’m not sure why you said I needed to improve on all those categories. I mailed it right away and it was washed, wrapped well and sealed. Did it not arrive on time? Was the package torn or damaged? I hope not. I have no control over how quickly the PO delivers mail now. Sorry you felt so many things were wrong with the item. I feel hurt.

annettewarwick @amberpateeadams Hi Amber! I was helping a friend sell the Allbirds you purchased and unfortunately just found out they were a floor model so they have a tiny bit of wear on the soles. I will post a photo of the soles on the listing. Otherwise, they’re in perfect shape. If you’re no longer interested I totally understand! Just let me know and I will ship them tomorrow.
