amaftr. The bag was an authentic Coach bag....my handwritten card was a thank you card.....Yes, the bag needed cleaning, as I stated in the listing and why it was so cheap. I'm sorry you were unhappy and hope you can get it cleaned to your liking. again, very sorry you were disappointed.
