blessingsup @amarie88686 Hi Amber! A love note is given in addition to a star rating when a purchase is received. I see you have sold 4 items and your customers did not leave a note, but hopefully they gave you a 5 star rating! If you buy something, you can also leave a comment. This is a love note that appears on the buyers profile. I always leave a love note in addition to a great star rating...just doing a little extra goes a long way. Have a prosperous Posh in 2021!
