I was hoping there was a way that I could tell Support I wanted you to keep the wrong item while giving me a label to send you the correct one, but I guess they don’t do that! 😢 Instead, they’ve asked me to tell you to (when you get your package) to open a formal request to return the wrong item. Then they will be able to issue you a shipping label to ship the wrong item you received back to me.
