rainandroses604 Hi Amber, the "Pop 'n' Play" cat toy that you purchased is on its way for delivery (as you know). So I was selling this for my Mom and I found out this evening that she did actually open the box to put batteries in the toy to test it out. It was not used though. Therefore It is apparently not still sealed although certainly looked so. I totally understand if you have any issue with this and would like to return it.
