tiffanylulu1975 Hello you bought my Sac Souple 35. It told me the name of purchase was different then it said your name. Can you please accept the bag since it was delivered yesterday. I’m just wanting to make sure this was fraud since when I clicked on name of who purchased it says the user does not exist anymore. Thank you.

amber_phillips1 @tiffanylulu1975 HelloTiffany, I wanted to reach out to you and let you know what's going on The inside of the bag smells of mildew to me. I have Lyme disease and am extremely sensitive to mold. I broke out in hives after handling the bag. Unfortunately this bag will not work for me. I have tried over two dozen times to submit the form to open a return but the app won't accept and gives an error message. I have emailed Poshmark but have yet to receive a response.

tiffanylulu1975 @amber_phillips1 that is very weird. There was no mildew or mold when it left my house and all my other bags don’t smell like it at all and they are all in same location in closet. However the interior is the easiest to clean. I always clean my interiors as soon as I get them. My advice would be to clean it and see if that helps because the bag has never been wet and I checked smelling before I posted and mailed.
