gabby_breaux am so sorry! This item was never used I can promise you, I only opened it for the picture! You can look at the rest of my closet and see as well all of my other pallettes are not used. This had to have gotten beat up while being shipped. Next time I’m going to make sure my items have something around them in the box to keep them from getting damaged while shipped. You are more than welcome to keep the Pallette without paying, how can I make sure that you don’t pay?
