projectattic @nahoku87 hi, and thank you for getting back to me! I’m happy to pop a replacement in the mail for you. I have, on the rare occasion, sent out, unbeknownst to me, a defective boutique item, new in the package. And in those instances, the buyer reaches out to me directly, and immediately, I have sent a replacement from my stock. Since you’ve opened a case, you would need to retract your complaint before I could send a replacement. I will immediately send it out once the case clears.

I am absolutely willing to try to see if we have better luck with a replacement set and am grateful that you've offered to do so. Can you advise me on how to go about closing the case?
