poshpalmbout @amyclem2007 I sent a message to the support team and this is what they said: “Thank you for the email. Unfortunately, Poshmark does not offer partial refunds or price adjustments. We do not and can not remove any types of credit from the seller’s account to apply credit to the buyer’s account and vice versa....

Once the order has been delivered to the seller, a full refund will be processed. The buyer can then repurchase the item/s for the newly negotiated price after it has been re-listed by the seller.”

poshpalmbout @amyclem2007 Seems rather complicated for something so simple. I just don’t want Poshmark charging you more than our agreed sell amount. They already take 20% which is more than God asks for. Poshmark might give me a $5 credit and if they do then I’ll just take that and call it even. I’ll keep you posted. This has been a learning experience for both of us.
