cheripi You need to let the FitBit totally charge end it will work perfectly! It takes a few hours to charge!

cheripi @ameliamaynot I charged this FitBit in full before I placed it for sale and it worked perfectly. It needs to be fully charged and then it will work all day and need to be recharged at night! I have no idea what’s going on! Does it show the battery fully charged?

cheripi @ameliamaynot Look up online if it doesn’t hold a charge and it gives you steps to follow. The article I read said that FitBit may even replace it even if it was a gift! I look forward to helping resolve this with you.

cheripi Did you get the FitBit to work properly? Please contact FitBit or look online. It was working perfectly when I put it for sale just a few weeks ago!

ameliamaynot @cheripi It isn’t responding at all now, whether on the charger or not. I tried all the troubleshooting FitBit recommends and they said that all options have been exhausted. Since it is out of warranty, they’re only offering a discount to buy a new one.
