hangerglowup Hey Amelia .. dang I’m so sorry. You will need to swap your package with another buyer who has your package. It’s simple. When you get the box, go to Posh and under your purchases- select problem with order. Posh will send email you a shipping label to ship it to the other buyer. I’m so sorry 😐 This is rare.

hangerglowup Just looked up the delivery stat and it should be at you. Go to your purchases on Posh and select that there was a problem- they will send you that new shipping label. Just attach it and take to the post office, or give it to the post person when they pick up the mail. It’s prepaid.

hangerglowup @ameliaemiller I️ hear you. I️ googled How To Schedule a Pickup with USPS and it is explained how to get the post person to come to your house to pick up the package. So when you get stable tonight, report the issue to Posh. Then print the label and have it picked up. I’ll stay in communication with the other buyer.
